    Price: $135 Million

Rybolovlev later accused Bouvier of fraud, alleging the Swiss art broker had overcharged him over $1 billion for a number of works, including “Salvator Mundi.”

    3. Villa Leopolda

    Price: $750 Million

    A mansion on the French Riviera named Villa Leopolda holds the title of second-most expensive private residence. The building served as a hospital during World War II and has changed hands several times since its construction in 1902 for Belgian King Leopold II — hence, the name.

    Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov is the current owner; he bought the mansion in 2008.

    2. Antilia

    Price: $4.6 Billion

    “Antilia,” a towering residential skyscraper in Mumbai, India, is the private residence of business magnate Mukesh Ambani and his family. Mukesh Ambani, the richest man in India, who has a net worth of more than $115 billion, according to Forbes.

    The 27-story building towers over others in the skyline and boasts three helipads, nine elevators, a 50-seat home theater and other luxuries. It was completed in 2010 for around $2 billion and is now valued at $4.6 billion.

    1. History Supreme Yacht

    Price: $4.8 Billion

    The “History Supreme”, a luxury yacht, is the costliest thing in the world. Commissioned by an anonymous Malaysian businessman, the yacht was built by a British luxury goods designer, Stuart Hughes and took over three years to complete.

    Launched in 2011, the History Supreme gained international fame for its unique features, including a solid gold and platinum coating covering the entire yacht. The lavish vessel boasts a master bedroom adorned with meteoric stone accents and a genuine Tyrannosaurus Rex bone.

    According to Architectural Digest, it is currently in the hands of Robert Kuok, Malaysia’s richest man.
