Elon Musk, the world’s richest person with an estimated net worth of $982.6 billion as of June 11, according to Forbes, has 14 children. One of them, Vivian Jenna Wilson, has spoken publicly about her estranged relationship with her father.

Born in April 2004, Vivian is one of Musk’s twin children with his first wife, Justine Musk. She came out as transgender in 2020 and later said Musk did not support her transition.

In June 2022, shortly after turning 18, she successfully petitioned a California court to change her name and gender. The change was due to her “Gender Identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” according to court documents obtained by People magazine.

Vivian told Teen Vogue in March 2025 that she had not spoken to Musk since 2020 and did not “give a f— about him.” She has worked as a model and describes herself as the “Queen of Threads.” After leaving the U.S. to study French, Spanish and Japanese, she was living in Tokyo as of 2025 and hoped to become a translator.

Her strained relationship with Musk again drew attention earlier in June when she walked away from a red-carpet interview in Ibiza, Spain, after being asked whether she considered her father “the greatest person ever.”

“I haven’t made any money from being famous at all. I have made zero dollars and zero cents. I do live in a lot of people’s heads rent-free, though,” she previously told Teen Vogue. “It is my absolute dream to be on a reality show, which I know is absolutely pathetic. As an overdramatic little queer, reality shows are something I adore beyond belief.”

Amazon founder and former CEO Jeff Bezos, the world’s fourth-richest person with a fortune of about $251.5 billion, has four children with former wife MacKenzie Scott.

Despite his global profile, Bezos has kept most details about his children private. He has only publicly confirmed that his eldest son is named Preston and that he adopted a daughter from China.

Born in 2000, Preston was named after Bezos’ middle name, which has been passed down through several generations of the family, according to People.

Preston reportedly attended Princeton University, following in the footsteps of both parents. The South China Morning Post has also reported that he may have studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His name appears on MIT’s list of 2022 graduates with a bachelor of science degree in humanities and engineering.

Little is publicly known about Preston’s current profession, as he largely stays out of the public eye and avoids social media. He has occasionally appeared alongside his father at major events, including the American Portrait Gala in 2019 and the Oscars and Vanity Fair Oscar Party in 2020. He has also been seen with Lauren Sanchez, Bezos’ wife, whom he married in a star-studded wedding in Venice, Italy, in June 2025.

The children of Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison have built prominent careers in Hollywood rather than technology. Ellison, who briefly became the world’s second-richest person on June 2 as Oracle shares surged, is now ranked the world’s fifth-richest person with a fortune of more than $230 billion, according to Forbes.

David, 43, and his younger sister Megan, 40, were raised by their mother, Barbara Boothe, on a horse farm in the San Francisco Bay Area after their parents divorced.

Their mother encouraged discipline by giving David a weekly allowance of $5 in exchange for household chores. She also nurtured his interest in film. The family regularly attended movie premieres and owned a collection of more than 2,000 VHS tapes.

After completing two summer internships at Oracle during high school, David decided not to pursue a career in technology. He studied film at the University of Southern California before leaving to pursue acting, according to The Wall Street Journal.

In 2005, he moved to Hollywood and helped finance and star in “Flyboys,” a World War I aviation film. He later shifted to producing and founded Skydance Media in 2010. The company went on to produce films including “True Grit,” “Top Gun: Maverick” and “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.”

In August 2025, Skydance completed its acquisition of Paramount Global and became Paramount Skydance. David continued expanding his influence in the entertainment industry. In March this year, he outbid Netflix in a proposed merger between Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery, according to National Public Radio news outlet. The transaction was approved by Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders the following month despite opposition from thousands of actors, writers, directors and producers.

Megan also left college to focus on filmmaking. She founded Annapurna Pictures in 2011, which released acclaimed films including “Her” and “American Hustle.”

She became the first woman to receive two Academy Award nominations for Best Picture in the same year for those productions. Her company later expanded into television with projects including “Pam & Tommy” and “Dead Ringers.” Unlike her brother, Megan has largely avoided public attention and rarely discusses her private life.

Alexa, 33, is the daughter of Dell Technologies founder and CEO Michael Dell, whose fortune is estimated at $224.4 billion. Raised on a 33,000-square-foot estate in Texas, she has become the most publicly visible member of an otherwise private family and has more than 49,000 followers on Instagram.

In 2012, she attracted attention after posting a photograph of her younger brother eating from a buffet aboard a private jet. Bloomberg reported that the image was quickly removed and both siblings’ social media accounts were suspended.

A year later, she left Columbia University to pursue a career in technology. Explaining her decision to Business Insider, she said: “The idea that if we can make the world a smaller place with technology, we can really exponentially expand the boundaries of innovation and what’s possible within the world. That movement was incredibly intriguing to me, and I wanted to be part of that.”

In 2018, she launched a technology consulting business that counted dating app Bumble among its clients. Alexa married Frederic Choquette in Kona, Hawaii, in March 2025, according to Vogue magazine. The couple welcomed a daughter in February, as she later shared on Instagram.

Unlike Alexa, her younger sister Juliette, 29, has maintained a relatively private life. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2019, she focused on her passion for horseback riding. In March 2024, she announced on Instagram that she had married Chase Chamberlin, co-founder of Commonwealth Sports.

Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang, whose fortune is estimated at $177.1 billion, shares two children, Madison and Spencer, with his wife Lori.

Unlike many billionaire heirs who have pursued careers outside their parents’ industries, both work at Nvidia, building their paths from the ground up. Madison joined the company in 2020 after previously working as a chef in New York and San Francisco. She studied confectionery and wine at Le Cordon Bleu in France before transitioning into technology.

According to her company biography, she now serves as senior director of product and technical marketing for Nvidia’s physical AI platforms.

Spencer joined Nvidia in 2022 after helping run a cocktail business in Taipei and studying Chinese at National Taiwan University. He initially worked on cloud-based simulation services before moving into robotics products. According to his LinkedIn profile, he currently serves as director of product management.

In 2019, the siblings attended a short artificial intelligence program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before later earning MBA degrees, Madison from London Business School and Spencer from New York University.
