A new ultra-luxury residential tower is taking shape on the Gold Coast’s Main Beach, as the $370 million Le Rêve development advances following strong early buyer interest and significant presales activity.
Delivered by developer-builder ODUS in partnership with Nazero and backed by Metrics Credit Partners, the 26-level beachfront project has already recorded $152 million in presales prior to its formal market launch.
The development comprises 40 half-floor and full-floor residences, with prices starting from $7.45 million and early transactions averaging around $8 million, underscoring continued demand in the top-end coastal property segment.
Positioned at 3555 Main Beach Parade, Le Rêve occupies a 1,355 square metre absolute beachfront site, offering approximately 30 metres of direct ocean frontage.
This frontage is notably wider than most neighbouring towers and is complemented by 4.5-metre setbacks, enabling expansive and uninterrupted ocean views.
The project has secured development approval and is currently under construction, with completion targeted for early 2028.
The architectural vision for Le Rêve has been led by Bayden Goddard of BGD Architects, with the design refined to emphasise both visual elegance and functional luxury.
The tower features a sculptural glass façade, arched forms, and a double-storey curved podium, contributing to a distinctive coastal profile.
Landscaping has been carefully integrated into the design, with cascading greenery intended to enhance the surrounding streetscape while softening the building’s presence.
Residences range in size from approximately 295 square metres to 900 square metres, offering three- and four-bedroom configurations with multiple living areas.
The interiors are designed to prioritise openness and connection to the beachfront setting, with full-height glazing, wide wrap-around balconies approaching four metres in depth, and glass balustrades that maximise sightlines and natural light.
Material selections reflect a restrained, contemporary palette, incorporating elements such as Taj Mahal stone, oak flooring, recessed LED lighting, and high ceilings.
Amenities form a central component of the development, with a focus on wellness and resort-style living.
Plans include a 25-metre beachfront pool, private lawn areas, and a suite of facilities such as a spa, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, yoga studio, and cold plunge pool.
Additional shared spaces include a teppanyaki kitchen, a private residents’ lounge, and a basement carpark featuring a rare double-lane traffic design.
The project also reflects broader momentum in Main Beach, an area experiencing renewed interest amid a wave of ultra-luxury developments along the coastline and The Spit.
The location continues to balance high-end residential appeal with a quieter, village-like atmosphere supported by established dining and lifestyle amenities.
The Le Rêve site was acquired in mid-2025 for $55.68 million.
ODUS and Nazero are concurrently progressing a neighbouring project, the 29-level La Mer tower, also in partnership with Metrics Credit Partners, which is expected to reach completion in late 2026.
A fully completed prototype apartment for Le Rêve has been constructed and is now available for private inspection, offering a preview of the project’s design and finishes.
