IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a landmark three-hotel portfolio deal with Harilela Group, a dynamic Hong Kong-based hotel development and management company with a portfolio spanning across Asia and Europe.
Under the franchise agreement, the 85-room The Hari London and 210-room The Hari Hong Kong will join IHG’s luxury & lifestyle collection brand, Vignette Collection, alongside the conversion of 324-room Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre into The Hari Singapore, Vignette Collection.
The agreement reflects a partnership that has evolved over more than five decades, with Harilela Group and IHG now collaborating across six hotels. Alongside The Hari portfolio, the relationship includes Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Hong Kong which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, Holiday Inn Express Changzhou Center and Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom.
For Vignette Collection, the addition ofthree independently spirited hotels, in three global gateway cities, including The Hari’s debut in Singapore, marks an important milestone. These additions strengthen Vignette Collection’s growing presence of over 80 open and pipeline hotels worldwide.
As IHG’s luxury & lifestyle collection brand, Vignette Collection brings together distinctive hotels in destinations to remember, united by a shared vision of offering a more authentic way to travel. The Hari Hotels embodies Vignette Collection hallmarks of ‘Memorable Rituals’ and ‘A Means For Good’ in initiatives such as The Hari Art Prize.

Springs Hotel Chengdu, Vignette Collection and CIEL Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, the world’s tallest hotel. Upcoming additions include Mangala Estate Kuantan, Vignette Collection and Vaagali Maldives, Vignette Collection.
About The Hari Singapore, Vignette Collection
The Hari Singapore, Vignette Collection will be a conversion of the existing 324-room Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre, which opened in 1985 and is IHG’s longest-operating hotel in Singapore. The hotel is currently undergoing a significant transformation with world-renowned British designer Tara Bernerd, whose portfolio includes The Hari London and The Hari Hong Kong, overseeing the design of the hotel. Located in the heart of Singapore’s renowned Orchard Road precinct and moments from the historic Emerald Hill precinct, the hotel benefits from year-round demand driven by regional leisure travellers, high-spending shoppers, and extended-stay international guests. Its prime location offers excellent connectivity to Marina Bay, Civic District, and Changi Airport. The Hari Singapore, Vignette Collection will welcome guests in 2027.
